Kopuwai is the taniwha of the Clutha river and the delta we call home - hence our name. An hour’s drive from Queenstown, 30mins from Wanaka and 15mins from Cromwell our secluded spot above the Clutha is surrounded by the natural beauty of river plains and majestic mountains. Our retreat is an escape from the pace of modern life into a world of tranquility where nature rules.
