TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check-in and Check-out Time

Check-in time is 3pm. Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 6.00pm. 

Checkout time is 11am. 

Three nights minimum stay. 

Payment

All reservation requests are subject to confirmation first. We'll confirm within 24 hours. Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%. 

Payment in full is required at the time of confirmation. Payments can be made by either bank transfer (02-0500-0472872-00) or credit card. With our confirmation email we will send you the link for payment to make it easy.

Cancellation

We are a small business and cancellations have an effect on us - thank you for your understanding. If you need to cancel a reservation please confirm in writing.

For a full refund of the accommodation amount (minus any transaction fees), cancellation must be made 21 full days prior to the check-in time on the day of check-in. 

For cancellations received less than 21 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation amount for remaining nights will be refunded (minus any transaction fees).

Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. 

Please note earlier than scheduled departures are treated as a cancellation and the policy above will apply.

Other matters 

The name on the booking is responsible for any guests at the Studio and their actions. It is requested that common courtesy is paid to the property.

Children

This location is suitable for adults only. 

Pets

No pets are allowed in the studio. By prior arrangement you may be able to bring an outdoor pet to stay.

Smoking

No smoking indoors. We ask you to restrict your smoking to a designated part of the outdoors.

Damages and breakages

Please take care when staying in our studio. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. 

Limitation of liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying customers.  Any future bookings you may make will be made subject to the Terms and Conditions which apply at the time a booking is made.

Governing Law

This website and all component parts, including these Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of New Zealand and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
